The powerful email client can manage multiple Exchange, IMAP, and POP3 email accounts. Moreover, the ribbon interface lets you conveniently find a range of features and functionalities. MS Office Outlook takes into account user behavior and lets you mark an email for the ‘Other’ inbox within a couple of clicks. The former can be used for important, starred, or frequent emails. On default settings, the inbox is divided into ‘Focused’ and ‘Other’. Having said that, it doesn’t take long to get used to the layout. However, with the abundance of features, the interface now seems a bit cluttered. MS Outlook features a simple, clean, and straightforward design. ![]() ![]() Additionally, the application retains all the previous functions, including inbox management tools, conversation view, and more. With the revamped search function, you can look for emails with any keyword or string of characters. The search bar looks similar to the one in Gmail and is located right above the Outlook ribbon. ![]() The program now comes with instant search functionality, which lets you quickly find emails in the inbox, sent, outbox, and other folders. What’s new in Microsoft Outlook?Īs mentioned earlier, Microsoft Outlook gives you the liberty of receiving and managing high volumes of emails from numerous email clients. It came with much better email management features, allowing individuals and companies to once again start leveraging the power of MS Outlook. While it earlier seemed that Outlook would become redundant in the MS Office Suite, the company released a new version of the program in 2021. These offer more attractive, safer, and reliable functions. Apart from relying on Gmail, most people tend to use instant messaging apps like Slack, Hangouts, etc. I do not have the paid version as I was just trying it out, so I can only assume, if it is them, that this is some ploy to get me to buy the full version so they'll stop or they can be filtered out.In recent years, email clients have become less popular. I have racked my brain for what could have done this and my last thought was that it was an email app until I realised that it was the only thing that I had recently done (again I mean recently in the past couple of years). My evidence is only the fact that I haven't used this email for anything new, I'm not someone who signs up for a million things with this email, I haven't made any new accounts on anything but eM, any accounts that have my email currently are 100% safe and multiple years old as I haven't used it for anything in awhile, and it cannot be one of those situations where "correlation, not causation" because as soon as I started using eM I got spam from the same parent company (because of the same formatting and same unsubscribe pages). I've never considered deleting an email before, but holy fuck, despite having this emai for over 10 years (10 years, without ads, only for this to happen, fuck you eM) I want to delete it and start over and there's so many things attached to this email x-x "Here take our trial version and a fuckton of ads!" I've been telling my email (I've since dropped eM) to block all senders with similar domains and I still can't get rid of this shit because there's a new number added to the domain so it doesn't matter.Ĭooking tips, recipes, school of wordplay, just random ass ads, it's so aggravating because I NEVER got ads I couldn't tell to fuck off before like this, and Window's Mail randomly stopped giving me all the emails that would come in so I was forced to look for another app, found something that seemed perfect, especially with sending things to folders automatically, only for it to basically fucking scam me just without me losing any money. Unsubscribing doesn't actually fucking do anything because I think once you unsub you're sent to a sub version of that exact ad so you can never fucking escape. The unsubscribe page looks the exact same, and 3. The ad formatting was the same just the beginning slightly changed to whatever it was an ad for, 2. It wasn't until I downloaded eM that my email was FLOODED with a dozen different emailing services all with the same things, 1. This isn't closed so I figure I'll warn future people looking into it because I wish this was something I knew. ![]()
